Travelling around.

SUSHI TIME!

And yes... tht is my first time "trying" to do mehndi... :)
But, well... Its all about practise, isn't it?

So... what about this pic?

I was away on a trip... to a fantastic place; well known for its MAYAN history and traditions... YUCATAN, MEXICO.

It was really nice, the malls, the colours, food, people... and if this wasn't enough... we arrived at "Carnaval" season.

Which means, dances, acrobats, music, food, customs.

The photo above this description, was taken in a SushiBAr, in one of the Malls I visited. Food was really nice. I know I know, this is not Mayan, but HEY! i was enjoying my trip as much as i could ;)

Now this pic, was taken in one of the old Churches; spanish-mayan conquer times, in a small town called Tizimin.

TIZIMIN means, "Tapir's place" or "place of tapirs" ... and tapir is an animal, large, brown and similar to a pig.
It is famous for its annual Festival, usually on January.
I have been in this Festival sometimes, when i was younger. I remember i loved being there, and it was so HUGE! :)
Unfortunately, we are on February... and i couldn't see this year's Festival.

Weddings Season

Since last year's winter, I have noticed a high increase in marriages and pregnancy.
I don not know if this is somehow related to the fact my University Generation is approaching to its end.

Every person I know had already uploaded pictures of their engagement rings, engagement dinner, and some of them have already started giving invitations.

And, don't misunderstand me, I am not against spending the rest of your life with the person you love; It's just that the amount of people it's way too high. Or maybe I haven't been paying enough attention to this topic, no until now. And finding myself, in the middle of all this lovey dovey people, is just shocking.
(Which reminds me, Valentine's is coming to town... are you ready? me? Nah... This person is a loner.... apparently)

And is thanks to this spread of love, that THIS PERSON (me), is going to be a maid of honour!!
And this, is what really excites me, being there for a dear dear friend.
So from today on, I am on diet ;)

WISH ME LUCK!

Who knows, maybe I catch be bouquete ;)

There goes my pal ;

Kinda feel depressed,
one of my dearest friends went back to his motherland...
any idea where that is?Well, I'd tell you anyway,
KOLKATA, INDIA.

I have been busy fooling around, doing my thesis, practising with the Chamber Orchestra, then again going back to the thesis; and I neglected his friendship. just 2 days ago, I heard he was leaving today... I was so shocked! I text him!

At the end it turned out to be just a visitors trip, he is going to meet his family, and He would be back soon.
Thank's heaven! :) My heart keeps on beating...

Oh, I choose this song, which reminds me of him...

Making friend On-line; hard thing to do...

I made a new friend
Should I call him friend?
I was surfing the net, when suddenly I decided I wanted to meet people from Asia, so I looked for some Asian Chat rooms, and I found this amazing one. Its quite simple, but useful.
It was around my second day hanging in there, when he appeared...At begging I couldn't tell whether he was a boy or a girl, but found him/her quite interesting...
Confessed to have lied a few times, but that he was glad to meet me (or chat with me, you get the point); by the time we had to say goodbye, we promised to keep on touch.
It's been a whole week now...
It makes me wonder, can you call this a friendship?
Am I being to close minded?

Came to this.

Finally made one, never really tough about doing a Blog or anything like that...

Or maybe I did?

I do have the normal things people my age have nowadays-
This is about my life, good or bad... Normal or Great...
I will write form my point of view, no necessarily expecting to be read,

but to tell a story to myself...
So,
HERE IT GOES... ^^
